Triumph for the new Peugeot 208 at the Annuaire Voitures 2020 Awards. It was voted the best city car of the year and also won the prestigious title of Annuaire Voitures Car of the Year 2020.
This is the fourth time we have chosen the Annuaire Voitures Car of the Year. This award is given by a jury of automotive journalists (see below) to one of the winners in each category of the Annuaire Voitures awards. The Audi Q3 Sportback, BMW Series 3, Kia XCeed, Mazda 3, Peugeot 208, Renault Captur, and Tesla Model 3 were the seven contenders at the starting line. Each juror awarded points on a sliding scale (7 for the maximum, 1 for the minimum), and the Peugeot 208 won with a total of 56 points.
